­Join our RSPB partners as they try to record as many species as possible in a race against the clock!

This will be Saltholme’s first BioBlitz and we need your help as we want to know just how much amazing wildlife is at Saltholme over the course of just 6 hours! All you need to bring is yourself!

We’ll have local experts on site carrying out surveys so you’ll have a chance to see how it’s done and learn about our plants and animals… Activities for all include, bird walks, insect explorers, butterfly walks, nature photography, pond dipping, seal viewing, a bat walk and more…

FREE activities for all will include insect safaris, a 'whose poo' quiz, pond dipping and a nature ID and photography workshop as well as bird and wildflower walks.
